We are looking for a Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join innovative projects for our client which is a world-leading insurance company for a long-term B2B contract.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

– preparation, planning and supervision over the implementation of IT projects in the area of ​​insurance products and systems
– running projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
– work in an international environment, also with distributed teams
– participation in implementing agile methodologies in the organization
– cooperation with project stakeholders
– cyclical and ad hoc reporting

Your Qualifications:

– min. 3 years of experience in project management in Agile and Waterfall methodologies at a software development company
– experience in transforming organizations to work in Agile methodologies
– the ability to work in a diverse and dispersed team
– high communication skills
– team building skills
– knowledge of English at least at B2 level
– proactivity
– project management certificates and experience in the Product Owner/ Product Manager role will be appreciated
– knowledge of the insurance business will be an advantage
