We are looking for an Identity Access Management Project Manager to join innovative projects for our client which is a world-leading insurance company for a long-term B2B contract.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

– leading IT/technical delivery of Sailpoint IIQ Identity Access Management solution into Germany entities
– producing a well-defined project plan, identifying the key milestones, managing and tracking scope, schedule and cost to deliver successful project outcomes
– managing multiple work streams and activities in an environment with high complexity and unknowns.
– managing stakeholders, communication, managing conflict and providing accurate information to support project objectives.
– providing consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, risk and issues, evaluating project performance on management information using standardized metrics and templates in Clarity and reporting templates.
– maintaining project change control, ensuring all changes are managed through change requests and all impacts are considered and communicated.
– working closely with Project architects, security, operations, engineers, stakeholders and business to prioritize targeted systems/accounts to be in scope and prioritized for onboarding
– co-ordinating of multiple external/contract resources and/or vendor teams contracted in the project delivery

Your Qualifications:

– fluent German & English language capability
– track record of delivering IAM (Identity Access Management) projects, preferably Sailpoint IIQ solutions
– technical and functional understanding of IAM solutions
– experience with the full life cycle of Identity Access control deployment and accounts onboarding
– understanding of the project lifecycle, and methodologies such as waterfall, agile and scrum
– understanding of key activities for change adoption
– knowledge of project management tools such as Clarity/JIRA/MS project
– relevant experience on a complex projects across countries and regions
– ability to interact and influence stakeholders at the appropriate level
– strong problem-solving ability with conformance to deadlines and tight timelines
– project planning and management
– communication plan and management
– budget and Financial Management
