We are looking for a Cyber Security Project Manager to join innovative projects for our client which is a world-leading insurance company for a long-term B2B contract.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

– supporting local Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) measuring implementations in cooperation with local business CIOs
– ensuring that project outputs address the scope and needs of the CMMI and Information Security requirements
– developing a communication plan and close relationship with project stakeholders to support project objectives delivery and reporting to Program Committees
– providing consistent and comprehensive reports on implementation progress, project updates, risk and issues, evaluating project performance on management information using standardized metrics and reporting templates
– maintaining project change control, ensuring all changes are managed through change requests and all impacts are considered and communicated

Your Qualifications:

– knowledge of English at a level that enables communication (B1+)
– the ability to navigate in an international environment and in an organization with a matrix structure
– communication skills at various levels of the organization, including presenting the status of the project, reporting on the progress of work, financial aspects of the project, but also communication with the client of the project
– building relationships with the business
– mobilizing and motivating a project team, building commitment and trust of project stakeholders
– planning, organization of activities and supervision over the process of IT solutions implementation
– making decisions, planning and organizing their own and project team’s work,
– independence, responsibility and goal orientation
– creativity in finding solutions
– knowledge of Cyber Security Frameworks, CMMI and Information Security measures
– knowledge of SOC/SIEM, CSIRT, Vulnerabilities Management, Penetration Testing advantageous​
– practical knowledge of the MS Project/JIRA/Clarity tool and recognized project management methodology (e.g. waterfall, agile)
